Andrew “Drew” Bloch has announced his campaign for Hamilton Circuit Court in the May 2024 Republican primary. A vacancy has existed since Judge Paul Felix was appointed to the Indiana Court of Appeals last summer.

With over four years of judicial experience in Hamilton County, Bloch currently serves as a senior magistrate in the Hamilton Circuit and Superior Courts, where he hears domestic, civil, and criminal cases. He was honored by the Indiana State Bar Association in 2023 for his work in domestic relations in the Indiana judiciary.

“Hamilton County is a wonderful place to live and work, to raise a family, and it is a wonderful place to serve others,” Bloch said. “My experience as a Magistrate Judge has prepared me for this next step. I look forward to continuing my service to our community as the next Hamilton Circuit Court Judge.”

Before being appointed magistrate in 2019, Bloch worked in private practice for 15 years, focusing on domestic relations and litigation throughout central Indiana.

Bloch received an undergraduate degree from Xavier University and a law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He resides in Westfield with his wife, Nicole, and their basset, Bernard.
