Adam Grubb Media (AGM) announced on Thursday, Oct. 16 the appointment of Clark Cutshaw as National Director of Sales, further strengthening the agency’s leadership team amid continued growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development at Ferguson, Cutshaw brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive sustained revenue growth.
During his tenure at Ferguson, Cutshaw served as Senior Director of Builder & Showroom Business for the Midwest region, where his team earned Ferguson’s “Supply House of the Year,” an honor recognizing the top-performing group in sales and margin across the company. In that role, he also oversaw the region’s marketing budget, planned client experience events, and collaborated with the media department to ensure strategic and effective ad placement.
“Clark brings the experience and energy we need to match the pace of our growth,” said Adam Grubb, Founder and CEO of Adam Grubb Media. “His leadership will help us deepen our client partnerships and continue expanding AGM’s footprint nationally.”
Clark brings his signature energy, warmth, and competitive drive to his role as National Director of Sales at AGM. A seasoned relationship-builder, he’s passionate about connecting brands with powerful storytelling opportunities that drive results. His leadership approach combines strategic insight with an authentic commitment to partnership, qualities that align seamlessly with AGM’s mission to create meaningful, results-driven work for its clients.
“AGM is redefining what it means to combine creativity and business strategy,” Cutshaw said. “I’m thrilled to be part of a team that’s always looking ahead, finding new ways to help brands connect and grow.”
Outside of work, Cutshaw serves on the Westfield Economic Development Committee, contributing his business insight to support local growth and community initiatives. He’s also an active sports dad, often found on the ball field coaching or cheering for his three sons. At home, he and his family share life with Maddie, their golden retriever. A proud Tennessee Volunteers fan, Cutshaw never misses a chance to offer a spirited “Go Vols!”
