Tennessee man charged with committing murder in Noblesville

On Monday, investigators from the Noblesville Police Department appeared in Hamilton County Superior Court 5 to request consideration for preliminary charges against a suspect alleged to be connected to the shots fired investigation that occurred on April 6 at 21506 Raccoon Court, Noblesville.

Charges were subsequently granted, and the suspect was located and arrested by officers of Franklin Police Department in Franklin, Tenn. The suspect was booked into the Williamson County Jail in Franklin and remains in their custody.

Pal

Ruai Ngundeng Pal, 22, Franklin, Tenn., was arrested and charged with Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary with a Deadly Weapon, Attempt to Commit Burglary with a Deadly Weapon, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Attempt to Commit Armed Robbery, Intimidation, and Pointing a Firearm at Another.

Investigators say they believe Pal is the subject that accompanied the decedent at the incident.

Pal will remain in the custody of the Williamson County Jail until the extradition process has been finalized. Once completed, Pal will be transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he will be held to answer to the above charges.
