Indiana Department of Transportation contractor HIS Contractors Inc. has announced upcoming bridge closures on State Road 32 in eastern Hamilton County.
Beginning on or after Monday, March 20, crews will:
- Remove the temporary bridge and place the permanent bridge on SR 32 between Deshane Avenue and Pennington Road. This work will be complete in mid-July, weather depending.
- Close the bridge on SR 32 between Cyntheanne Road and 191st Street for a bridge replacement project. This work will be complete in mid-June, weather depending.
Both bridge closures will be simultaneous.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
Neither bridge is opened yet and today is June 27. Enough is enough. Road has been closed since March 1, not March 10 and we have had excellent weather!!
Will this be open this month? This took well over a year so just wondering.
