On Friday, Matt Witsken filed to run for Noblesville Common Council in District 1.

Witsken was Division I college basketball player who graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Christian school, with a degree in business sports management. In his professional life he has previously worked in business sales, including but not limited to medical sales of orthopedic devices.
He lives in Noblesville with his wife and daughters. For the last several years he provided for his family as both an independent commercial and residential real estate broker and an independent insurance agent.
Those roles demonstrate not only his investment in this Noblesville, but also his understanding of the value of planned growth with an eye toward striking the right balance between the needs of the residents and businesses in the community.
