Guerin Catholic’s girls basketball team got a road win at Park Tudor Wednesday, 29-23.
The Golden Eagles led 8-6 after the first quarter, with Megan Cobb scoring four points. The Panthers cut that lead to 17-16 by halftime, and were still within 21-20 after three periods. But Guerin Catholic’s defense held Park Tudor to three points in the fourth.
Natalie Fernandez and Cobb both had 10 points for the Golden Eagles, with Fernandez scoring four in the fourth quarter.
Guerin Catholic is 6-8 and hosts Bishop Chatard on Friday as part of a Circle City Conference girls-boys doubleheader.
