The Cooper House’s second annual Bright as the Noonday Soirée, held on Aug. 20 at the Lucas Estate in Carmel, raised just under $100,000.

Event organizers said they were thankful for the sponsors, donors, and approximately 200 guests in helping to this year’s Soirée and unforgettable event. Without their support, the evening simply would not have happened. From the 360-degree photo booth (Nstyle Booth), event emcee and magician Jon Mobley, the talented auctioneer Ryan Kramer, and the dinner catered by Prime 47, it was a lively evening enjoyed by all.

The money raised Saturday evening will assist in covering operating and programming costs so that The Cooper House can continue, free of charge, to open its facility to families and youth involved in the foster care system. The Cooper House strives to create a space, a place, a home-like environment where all who enter are seen, heard, chosen, and loved. That work could not happen without the support of sponsors, donors, and guests.
