Coroner’s Office investigating death of Noblesville man

At 4 p.m. on Monday, Hamilton County Coroner’s Office deputies were dispatched to the parking lot of Meijer, 1424 W. Carmel Drive, Carmel, for a death investigation.

Coroner John Chalfin identified the deceased as Kaleb McElroy, 30, Noblesville. According to the Carmel Police Department, McElroy had been reported missing by family earlier that day.

The Coroner’s Office says no foul play is suspected. An investigation in the cause and manner of death is currently pending autopsy and toxicology results.
