Five Hamilton County baseball players have been selected to play in the 2022 Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association North/South All-Star Series.
The annual series takes place this year June 24 to 26 at Indiana Wesleyan University. The two sides will play a doubleheader on June 25, then a wood-bat contest on June 26.
Two county pitchers will compete on the North team: Hamilton Heights’ Drew VanOeveren and Westfield’s Gage Stanifer. The Shamrocks’ Keaton Mahan will also be on the North team as an outfielder. The Huskies’ head coach Ryan VanOeveren is one of the assistants.
Two more county pitchers will participate on the South team: University’s Grayson Knight and Fishers’ Tate Warner.
