Jerry Gardner, 81, Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on October 6, 1940, to George and Lelia (Essex) Gardner in Lebanon, Ind.
Jerry proudly served in the United States Marines. He graduated from Westfield High School in 1958 and was very involved with FFA in his younger years. Jerry was a member of Venture Christian Church and attended Community Bible Fellowship. He worked for Western Electric as a pipe fitter and also spent time farming. Jerry enjoyed being outside, taking care of his property, and going to coffee with his friends. He loved attending and supporting his grandchildren at their sporting events.
He is survived by his of wife of 61 years, Patricia Gardner; daughters, Wendy (Mark) Pickett and Kerri (Steve) Brown; son, Gary (Gretchen) Gardner; grandchildren, Whitney (Ryan) Robinette, Ian Pickett, Madison Pickett, Ashley (Andrew) Wozniewski, Kelsey Brown, Lindsey Brown, and Evan (Maxie) Gardner; sister, Becky Mikesell; great-grandchildren, Jackson Wozniewski and Valerie Gardner; step-grandchildren, Rudi Willock, Abi Willock, and Macey Davis; and step-great-grandchildren, Blake Thompson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; two sisters; and great-grandchild, Emma Wozniewski.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Eagle Creek Cemetery, 15812 Little Eagle Creek Ave., Westfield.
