First Person Advisors, NFP and Springbuk have announced the finalists for the 2021 Healthiest Employers of Indiana Awards. Healthiest Employers of Indiana is sponsored by Paylocity and SIHO Insurance Services.
Of the more than 300 companies, organizations, and governments that submitted applications, 34 honorees were selected, and 19 finalists chosen. Of those 19 finalists, three are headquartered in Hamilton County:
- CNO Financial Group, Carmel
- Hamilton County Government
- MJ Insurance, Carmel
The Healthiest Employers of Indiana winners will be announced at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27 at Crane Bay Event Center, 551 W. Merrill St., Indianapolis. The event includes a panel of national and local health and well-being experts who will share the newest trends and innovations in the employee experience. After the panel, awards will be announced, followed by a reception and live music. Tickets are available at firstpersonadvisors.com/healthiest-employers-awards-program.
Companies’ applications are scored in six categories relating to creating healthier workplaces: Leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
“The finalists represent a variety of industries, from manufacturing to government and from healthcare to financial services, proving all organizations can be healthy workplaces,” said First Person CEO Bryan Brenner.
“These organizations represent the cream of the crop when it comes to proactively improving employees’ overall health and well-being,” said Haley Elmore, Healthiest Employers coordinator for Springbuk. “We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on their accomplishments and leadership.”
