GC girls lacrosse wins big in first two games

The Guerin Catholic girls lacrosse teams got big wins in its first two games this week.
In their first game on Monday, the host Golden Eagles beat North Central 23-1. Fourteen different players scored for Guerin Catholic. On Tuesday, the Golden Eagles traveled to Fishers and won 20-1, with 11 different players finding the back of the net. Ella Bellflower, Clare Alic, Katherine Constantino and Sophia Galvin combined for 22 draws.
Guerin Catholic plays again Thursday at Hamilton Southeastern; the junior varsity starts at 6 p.m., followed by the varsity contest at 7:30 p.m. The Golden Eagles will go on the road Saturday to play against two Louisville schools; first playing at Assumption at 10 a.m., then traveling to Dupont Manual for a 1 p.m. game. Guerin Catholic returns home next Tuesday to play Bishop Chatard.
