If you live in Hamilton County, you’ve likely heard of Synergize. Over the past two years, the group has taken the area by storm. Its community of dedicated members, who live by the mantra “Relationships Over Everything,” has doubled over the past year.

In January, Synergize will kick off its third year in business with a special event called Relationships Reimagined 3.0. This brand-new event will celebrate the evolution of Synergize and provide a first look into the group’s initiatives for 2022 and beyond.

“We chose ‘Relationships Reimagined’ because Synergize represents a shift in our mindset when it comes to our friendships,” said Synergize Founder Arron Stanton. “We help people reimagine our business relationships as a way to build community through our actions, instead of just trying to build revenue through our transactions.”

Relationships Reimagined 3.0 will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 25. Attendees will socialize then sit down for dinner in the Cole Porter Ballroom of Hotel Carmichael in Carmel. A few lively speakers will share their stories during the meal.

Tickets to the event are available for anyone to purchase. “Your job doesn’t matter. You don’t even have to have one,” Stanton said. “Anyone who values relationships and impact – and wants to go deeper than trading business cards – is someone who will get along with us. This is the next phase of Synergize, and we’d love for more people to be part of it.”

Synergize is most well-known for its 4:30 Meetups. At a 4:30 Meetup, the group’s members and guests gather to support a nonprofit cause. A portion of each Synergize membership aids that impact, plus extra donations and corporate match donations collected at the event.

Creative contributions from Synergize members boost the group’s impact even higher. Indy Auto Man, Legacy Member of Synergize, donated cars to local citizens in need through the IAM 4 Indy program. They find recipients in partnership with the group.

“IAM 4 Indy is a great program that needed a few more people behind the scenes to work the most effectively,” said Indy Auto Man General Manager Victor Figlin. “Thanks to Synergize members, we have a quicker turnaround between car donations and a lot of support during the process.

4:30 Meetups provide funds, awareness, and a valuable support network for local nonprofits who share Synergize’s desire to impact the community. Thanks to memberships and meetups, Synergize has raised over $120,000 for local causes over the past two years.

Synergize’s 4:30 Meetup calendar for 2022, which will be unveiled at Relationships Reimagined 3.0, includes a series of exciting new impacts. Tickets for the event are available at bit.ly/RREventJan.
