Shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday, Sheridan first response units were called to the Sheridan Wastewater Treatment Plant, 801 E. 2nd St., regarding a hazardous material spill, particularly chlorine. Carmel first response units assisted.
Units were no longer on scene as of 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
