The City of Carmel will conduct its annual Memorial Day Ceremony to pay tribute to those who paid the ultimate price in service to our country at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 28.
The event will be held at Carmel Clay Veterans Memorial Plaza, 800 3rd Ave. SW. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the Tarkington Theatre, 3 Carter Green.
The keynote speaker at the event will be Darin Bibeau, U.S. Coast Guard veteran and Carmel resident. Bibeau has been on high-risk operations on the high seas and remote areas around the globe. In addition, Bibeau strives to help others, especially veterans, on their road to professional and personal success.
