The Indiana Department of Transportation will hold hiring fairs at four locations across the state from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT on Thursday, April 22.
The nearest hiring fair location to Hamilton County will be at 7105 S. Brookville Road, Indianapolis.
INDOT is hiring for summer seasonal positions, which run from April through October, at a starting pay of $11.25 per hour. A valid high school diploma or equivalency or one year of work experience is preferred, but not required.
INDOT is also hiring for full-time highway technicians and mechanics.
Registration is not required to attend the event. INDOT recruiters will be on hand to answer questions and provide more information on open positions and careers with INDOT.
