Learn healthy holiday cooking with Riverview Health

Riverview Health will host a healthy cooking for the holidays event from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8.

Join a registered dietitian and a professionally trained chef as they prepare holiday favorites with a healthy twist. Learn how to prepare healthier versions of your favorite dishes without sacrificing taste. Each item prepared will be served, and the evening will end with a Q&A session. Attendees will receive a copy of each recipe and cooking tips.

The event will take place at Riverview Health in the Krieg DeVault Conference Room, located in the lower level of the Women’s Pavilion. The program is free, but registration is required by Friday, Nov. 2. Register at riverview.org/classes or call 317-776-7999.
