The Hamilton County Intern Collaborative (INternHC) held a successful kickoff event on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Shamrock Station in Westfield, bringing together local businesses and engaged high school and college students from across Hamilton County. The event gave students an opportunity to connect with local employers, explore future career opportunities, and begin building relationships within their community.

INternHC is a workforce initiative championed by Westfield Washington Township in partnership with Invest Hamilton County and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce. Created to help high school and college students build meaningful connections with peers, local employers, and the community, the initiative offers career-focused programming and place-based experiences designed to encourage emerging talent to live, work, and thrive in Hamilton County long-term.
