Southbound Interstate 69 traffic is expected to open to its final configuration on or after Monday, Sept. 21, marking another major milestone for the Clear Path 465 Project. This shift will restore access to westbound I-465 and southbound Binford Boulevard from the 82nd Street ramp.

Once the traffic shift is complete, the ramp from southbound I-69 to southbound Binford Boulevard will be temporarily reduced to one lane until mid-October for permanent barrier wall installation.

Overnight ramp and lane restrictions are scheduled this week and weekend to move traffic to the new roadway. Delays are expected over the weekend on southbound I-69 in Fishers and northeast Indianapolis. Drivers should plan ahead and seek alternate routes when possible.
