Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre announces local adult auditions for start of 2027 Season

Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre announces upcoming adult auditions for productions in the first half of its 2027 Season. These are for ages 19 and older, and includes both Equity and non-Equity performers.

This audition will seek to fill roles in:

• The Bunco Squad – on stage Jan. 7 to Feb. 7, 2027
• Grease – on stage Feb. 11 to April 4, 2027
• South Pacific – on stage April 8 to May 16, 2027
• Disney’s Frozen – on stage May 21 to July 18, 2027
• Always … Patsy Cline – on stage July 22 to Aug. 22, 2027

Auditions are by appointment only. They will take place Monday, Sept. 7 (Equity Principal Auditions) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with dance callbacks from 6 to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, Sept. 8 (Equity Chorus Call), from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dance callbacks at 2 p.m.

Those with an audition appointment should report to the lobby of Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre, 9301 Michigan Road, Indianapolis.

The theatre is seeking actors who are racially, ethnically, and physically diverse, including all gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities. To secure an audition or for more information, visit the Auditions link under the “About Us” tab on BeefAndBoards.com.

Those auditioning should prepare two contrasting vocal selections – one up tempo and one ballad – and music in the correct key. A one-minute monologue may be requested. Auditioners will be asked to create a profile in the theatre’s casting database at the audition.
