Carmel’s annual Roundabout Ride returns Sept. 13

The City of Carmel and Bike Carmel invite cyclists of all fitness levels to participate in one of the community’s signature annual traditions, the Roundabout Ride, taking place at 8 am. Sunday, Sept. 13.

Presented by American Structurepoint, Inc. as the Title Sponsor, this year’s event offers cyclists a scenic morning of fitness, community, and safety through Carmel’s renowned roundabout network.

The event features multiple options tailored to different skill levels, including the Cool Creek Family Health 10-Mile Wellness Route ($10), alongside the standard 25-mile ($25) and 50-mile ($50) courses.

Due to safety guidelines and route management, caps will be enforced for the longer distances:

• 25-Mile Route: Capped at 100 riders
• 50-Mile Route: Capped at 50 riders

Organizers encourage participants to register early, as spots are expected to fill quickly.

The ride begins and ends in Midtown Plaza, where participants will celebrate at the finish line. The post-ride event features a complimentary meal and beer, live music and post-ride recovery provided by Renova Total Health, the event’s VIP Recovery Sponsor.

While roads will remain open to vehicle traffic throughout the morning, the Carmel Police Department will be stationed at key intersections along the routes to direct traffic and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
