Patricia Delello

December 30, 1936 – August 1, 2026

Patricia Ann (McGaugh) Delello, 89, Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026. She was born on December 30, 1936, in Indianapolis to Charles J. and Alice (Kelly) McGaugh.

Patricia was a 1955 graduate of St. Mary’s Academy High School. She and Robert A. Delello were married on October 16, 1956.

Throughout the years, Patricia owned as well as partnered in multiple businesses: Delello Electric, Country Junction, The Blooming Patch. She also was actively involved in several organizations and committees, such as the Carmel Festival Parade Committee, and was active in the Ladies Auxiliary to Shriners International.

Before retiring, Patricia worked at Target where she enjoyed making many friends. She had a “Target” room in her home that she filled with items purchased from Target to give to anyone in need, whether it be children needing clothing or furniture for someone’s home.

Alongside her husband, Patricia worked on a horse farm, and a Shetland pony farm known as Pineview Stables. She enjoyed spending time in her flower garden, she opened a floral shop in which she named The Blooming Patch. She was a caregiver at heart, always caring for others. She was known for her kindness and generosity.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Robert A. Delello; daughter, Debra Kocher Harris; great-granddaughter, Nevaeh; and brothers, Charles McGaugh and Mickey McGaugh.

Survivors include her son, Monty (Tammy) Delello; daughter, Amy (Jon) Delello Chester; 12 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Duckett; and half-brother, Kevin Rivers.

In honor of Patricia’s request, there will not be a scheduled service. Remember her legacy of love and kindness.
