How often do you get to dunk a deputy?

Some things are timeless. We are not talking about just the general joy that the Hamilton County 4-H Fair brings each year. When you see a dunk tank there is an almost irresistible impulse to toss a ball, hit a target, and dunk someone. In this case, it was Hamilton County Jail Deputy Micol Carter taking the plunge. As you can see in the second photo above, success is its own reward.
