Noblesville’s Washington Business Park to welcome life science company BioLife Solutions

Noblesville city officials have announced that BioLife Solutions, a Bothell, Wash.-based life science company, will relocate their Indianapolis-based operations to Washington Business Park. BioLife Solutions is a leading supplier of cell processing tools and services for the cell and gene therapy market.

The approximately 40,000 square-foot facility will support biomanufacturing, hardware support, product cold storage, and fulfillment operations, which is a full relocation of their Indianapolis operations.

“BioLife Solutions relocating and expanding its operations to Noblesville aligns with our vision to bring innovation and the jobs of the future to our community,” Mayor Chris Jensen said. “This investment supports long-term economic vitality, high-wage job creation, and life-saving research. We look forward to BioLife Solutions being a part of what makes our community a great place to live and work.”

BioLife’s Chairman and CEO Roderick de Greef added, “After spending a significant amount of time and effort to find the right location for our Indiana based operations, we determined that Noblesville provided us with the necessary support and infrastructure. We are looking forward to becoming part of the Noblesville community.”

This new facility will retain 20 jobs and over time create 10 new full-time with room to grow. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2026, with substantial completion and initial move-in planned for spring 2027, followed by the start of manufacturing operations in summer 2027.

“Washington Business Park is advancing ahead of schedule due to strong demand for flexible industrial space, and BioLife Solutions is a great addition,” Noblesville Economic Development Director Andrew Murray said. “We look forward to welcoming BioLife Solutions to Noblesville and know they will bring lasting value to our community.”

Washington Business Park is a modern, 150-acre industrial development on Noblesville’s thriving east side, north of 146th Street and east of State Road 37.
