Fadness
“These results reflect a community that is moving forward together,” Mayor Scott Fadness said. “As a mayor, there’s nothing more fulfilling than to see survey results with overwhelmingly high numbers in support of everything from city services to quality of life amenities.”
Residents highlighted public safety, city services, and schools as key strengths, shaping their daily experience. More than nine in 10 residents report feeling safe in Fishers, including 93 percent who feel safe in their neighborhoods at night. City services continue to earn strong marks, with 89 percent positive ratings for customer service, and Hamilton Southeastern Schools remain a cornerstone of the community, with 96 percent of residents rating the quality of K-12 education positively.

DeLucia
“As Fishers continues to be a national model for innovation and quality of life, these results show strong alignment between residents and city leadership which will allow us to continue to be on the leading edge of communities,” City Council President John DeLucia said
Beyond strong performance in core services, the survey results reflect a connected and engaged community. More than nine in 10 residents report a strong sense of pride and belonging, with many participating in local events, volunteer opportunities, and civic activities. Residents also highlighted neighborhood quality and community design as important contributors to overall satisfaction.
“Our employees are passionate about serving residents, and these results reflect their hard work and commitment every day,” Mayor Fadness said. “It’s especially meaningful to hear directly from residents that their dedication is building trust and delivering results.”
