The Indy Ignite volleyball team improved to 19-5 after its Sunday, April 19 win over the Dallas Pulse at the Fishers Events Center.
The Ignite won in four sets, 25-17, 25-18, 22-25, 25-21. Azhani Tealer (19, above left) led the offense with 19 kills, while Leketor Member-Meneh (7, above right) put down 13 kills and Lydia Martyn hit 10 kills. Setter Mia Tuaniga dished out 55 assists and served two aces.
Member-Meneh collected 16 digs on defense, with libero Elena Scott (9), Anna DeBeer and Tealer all making 11 digs. Martyn was dominant at the net with five blocks.
The Ignite play their next two games on the road. The team travels to Addition Financial Center to play the Orlando Valkyries on Thursday, then goes to Gas South Arena next Sunday, April 26, to take on the Atlanta Vibe.
