Dear Editor:
I am writing to strongly endorse Christopher Barrows as Judge for Hamilton County Superior Court 9.
I have known Christopher Barrows for over 40 years and have seen him grow and flourish from childhood to being a stellar young man serving his Hamilton County community. He strongly believes in the rule of law, in civility in the courtroom, and in the importance of integrity in our judiciary. He has spent his whole life serving Hamilton County as a father, volunteer, youth coach, neighbor, and friend. His focus has always been on serving his family, clients, and community, not on courting politicians.
Christopher Barrows’ knowledge and experience make him by far the most qualified candidate running for Judge for Superior Court 9. He has spent more than 25 years as an attorney in Hamilton County courtrooms, and in that time he has been a Guardian ad Litem, mediator, arbitrator, Judge Pro Tem, and appointed Judicial Officer. For the past four years, he has presided over the County’s Title IV-D child support and parentage court.
He has the right experience to be the first judge of new Superior Court 9.
As a Veteran who has worked with Christopher Barrows through my years of assisting our Hamilton County Military Veteran community, he is exactly the kind of person we need on the bench.
