IU Health North team members celebrated the hospital’s 20th anniversary this week. Since opening in December 2005, the hospital has served patients in Carmel and the surrounding communities.
Team members and leaders gathered Monday for a special program recognizing the milestone. The event included many legacy team members who have been with the hospital since its opening.
As IU Health North marks two decades of service, its commitment to delivering excellent patient care remains as strong as ever.
“I think it starts with the excitement the team brings, the purpose they bring to work every day, and the compassion they show, not only to our patients, but to each other,” said Soula Banich, vice president and chief operating officer of IU Health North. “The nice part is taking the time out of our busy schedules, especially around the holidays, to step back and say, ‘Look at how far we’ve come.’”
