Epcon Communities has announced its model home grand opening for The Courtyards of TowneRun in Westfield. This is the first Epcon townhome model in the Indianapolis region.
The model home grand opening will take place noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 1 and 2 at 14854 E. Keenan Circle. A food truck will be at the event both days.
The Courtyards of TowneRun offers new luxury two-story townes, with first-floor owner’s suites, in a prime Westfield location. The community will offer two home designs ranging from 1,350 to 2,850 square feet. Starting from upper $300,000s, the community will offer 40 home sites. Amenities include a lounge with covered porch and firepit, parkette and walkability to new retail shops and Life Time Athletic Country Club.
“We’re proud and excited to introduce Epcon’s first townhome in Indianapolis,” Robyn Crawford, president of Epcon Communities in Indianapolis. “With our unique townhome offering, The Courtyards of TowneRun offers everything buyers love in an Epcon home – single-level living, private courtyards and a low-maintenance lifestyle – at a desirable price point to reach a broader market.”
“Our townhome products are unique with main level living and private courtyards offering private outdoor space,” said Kara Shipman, regional sales director for Epcon Communities in Indianapolis. “The Courtyards of TowneRun offers an elevated lifestyle because of the location. We envision homeowners taking golf carts and living an active lifestyle with a lot of time outdoors, in the nearby retail area and with family, friends and neighbors.”
