Today, Oct. 28, at 4 p.m., the City of Westfield and INDOT will move the barricades at the corner of State Road 32 and Union Street to mark the completion of this phase of the 32 Connects project.
The area will still be an active construction site, but SR 32 from Poplar Boulevard to Union Street will be open to traffic.
The barricades will be moved at 4 p.m. and the community is welcome to join in the celebration. Bring a friend – there will be giveaways.
