Here’s a throwback for you. The Noblesville Police Department used to have its own dispatch center which was located in the basement of the Public Safety Building. Since then, all the dispatchers for the agencies in Hamilton County have been moved to the Hamilton County Communication Center. Judging by the monitors and the Windows XP screensaver, these photos were taken sometime in the 2000s.
