The Indiana Swimming 2025 Senior Long Course Championship concluded Sunday at Indiana University’s Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center.
Carmel Swim Club’s Grace Daugherty picked up a victory in the Women’s 200 individual medley, finishing that race in 2 minutes, 21.28 seconds. Carmel teammate Lukas Biller claimed the Men’s 800 freestyle, leading a Carmel-dominated event by clocking in at 8:24.97. Eight of the top nine finishers were CSC swimmers.
Southeastern Swim Club’s Karly Boles won the Women’s 800 free. Her time was 9:02.81. Southeastern also won the Women’s 400 medley relay, finishing in 4:22.96.
Carmel Swim Club finished first in the combined standings with 2,660.5 points, with Southeastern placing fourth by totaling 1,501 points. Carmel also was first in the men’s standings (1,637.5 points), while Southeastern edged out CSC for second place in the women’s standings (1,026 points to 1,023 points). Fort Wayne Swim Team was first in the women’s standing with 1,035 points.
NOTE: The “C” Finals consist of the first eight 18-and under swimmers that did not qualify for the “A” or “B” Finals, while the “D” Finals consist of the next eight qualifying 15- and 16-year-olds that did not qualify for any of the other Finals. The “D” Finals are considered a non-scoring heat.
