Epcon Communities will hold a groundbreaking celebration for The Courtyards of TowneRun in Westfield.
The groundbreaking celebration will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 16 at 14854 East Keenan Circle. Speakers at the event include Robyn Crawford, regional president for Epcon Communities in Indianapolis, and Westfield Mayor Scott Willis. The Westfield Chamber of Commerce will also be at the event.
The Courtyards of TowneRun offers new luxury two-story townes, with first-floor owner’s suites, in a prime Westfield location. The community will offer two home designs ranging from 1,350 to 2,850 square feet. Starting from upper $300,000s, the community will offer 40 home sites.
