Westfield community to accept home site reservations in next month

Epcon Communities has announced The Courtyards of Cielo Ranch in Westfield. Epcon will start accepting home site reservations for The Courtyards of Cielo Ranch in the next month.

The Courtyards of Cielo Ranch will feature 80 home sites and six home designs ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pickleball court and access to the Monon Trail. Prices will start from the low- to mid-$500,000s.
