Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance announces promotion & welcomes new director of talent management

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance welcomes Roz Jester as the company’s director of talent management.

Jester comes to Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance with a wealth of experience in human resources. Most recently, she was manager of global employee data at Salesforce and before that, she was manager of human resources at GEICO. As the director of talent management at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, she hopes to foster a culture of growth and empowerment by developing and supporting others.

“What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to work closely with people again after spending the last three years in the world of systems,” Jester said. “I am deeply passionate about coaching and supporting others in achieving their career goals.”

Jester lives in Noblesville and holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Oklahoma and is a Senior Certified Professional accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside of work, Jester enjoys reading and traveling with her husband, Ty, and their two children.
