Several county girls earn wins at HCC swim meet

Hamilton County got several individual wins at the girls Hoosier Crossroads Conference swim meet, which took place Thursday at the IU Natatorium.

Zionsville won the meet with 419 points, with Fishers the runner-up by scoring 403 points. The Tigers got three event victories, including a double win from Emily Wolf in the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly. Claire Francis was first in the breaststroke.

Hamilton Southeastern placed third, totaling 383.5 points. Kiley Zoeller was a double winner in the 50 and 100 freestyle, with the Royals also placing first in the medley and 400 freestyle relays.

Westfield’s Kiarra Thomas won the backstroke, while Noblesville’s Eryn McMahon was first in diving.
