Announced Wednesday night at an award ceremony, the Carmel Christkindlmarkt was voted the 2024 Best Local Tourist/Seasonal Attraction by the community.
Indy’s Best Things 2024 Community Choice Awards were organized by the IndyStar, and the Carmel Christkindlmarkt had the honor of being selected as the number one attraction in its category.
“It is an honor to win this award and be recognized by the community as the best seasonal attraction,” Carmel Christkindlmarkt CEO Maria Adele Rosenfeld said. “As a nonprofit with a mission centered around cultural education, we know that our authenticity is one of the reasons our Market is so special. We are humbled that so many community members appreciate that and love the Market as much as we do.”
The Carmel Christkindlmarkt is open now through Dec. 24, Wednesday through Sunday, with additional special holiday hours leading up to Christmas Eve.
