First Farmers Bank & Trust has announced the hiring of Greta Notz as treasury management officer for the Carmel branch.
Notz has nearly 20 years of banking experience throughout her career. Before her role at First Farmers Bank & Trust, she served as the education services associate for Baker Hill, a loan origination system built for banks and credit unions. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at the National Bank of Indianapolis, serving as the treasury management implementation officer and merchant services representative. She also has previously held positions at Huntington National Bank.
Her new role as treasury management officer plays a vital role in managing First Farmers’ finances, focusing on cash flow, risk, and investments. She also works closely with clients to develop and implement tailored treasury management solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.
“We’re honored to welcome Greta Notz to our team as our new treasury management officer,” said Tade Powell, Senior Vice President, Director of Communications & Public Relations. “With her extensive experience in financial management and proven track record in the industry, Greta will be instrumental in enhancing our financial strategies and driving our growth.”
Notz graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
First Farmers Bank & Trust will open a new Carmel branch location in early 2025 in Midtown Carmel at 111 S. Range Line Road.
