Clay Terrace in Carmel announces its 12th annual Boo ‘n Brew Fall Festival, coinciding with the shopping center’s 20th anniversary celebration. This free, family-friendly event will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19.

“We’re excited that Clay Terrace marks two decades of serving our community in October 2024,” Clay Terrace General Manager Jennifer Hillman said. “For 12 of those years, the Boo ‘n Brew fall festival has become a beloved tradition, and we’re pulling out all the stops to make it extra special for our 20th anniversary.”

The festival will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including:

  • Trick-or-treating at participating retailers
  • Live music performances by Toy Factory and Stella Luna & the Satellites
  • A pumpkin patch and hayrides
  • Balloon artists and face painters
  • A family-friendly beer garden featuring local breweries Grand Junction Brewing Co., Upland Brewing Co., Field Brewing, Bier Brewery, and more

Children and pets are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes and participate in the trick-or-treating festivities. Adults can enjoy the family-friendly beer garden while the whole family dances to live music. Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Boo ‘n Brew is free to attend and open to the public. Clay Terrace invites the entire community to join in celebrating this milestone anniversary and the start of the fall season. Guests are encouraged to visit new retailers, such as Bluemercury (opened in September 2024) and be on the lookout for more openings in the coming months: Sweetgreen, Body20, DryBar, and more on the horizon.
