Ray Neal “Luck” Davis

July 12, 1934 – September 29, 2024

Ray Neal “Luck” Davis, 90, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at his home. He was born on July 12, 1934, to Benjamin and Elsie (Kepner) Davis in Noblesville.

Luck owned a construction business and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was a member of First Christian Church of Noblesville and loved going to church. Luck was a devoted husband to Judy for 64 years and was a hard-working family man. He was a football fanatic, following Notre Dame, the 49ers, the Bears, and the Colts.

Luck is survived by his daughter, Mindy Cannon; son, Barry Davis; grandchildren, Amy (Eric), Jake, Jerod (Carrie), Matt, Ben, and Mikaela; great-grandchildren, Scout, Sarah, Lauren, Jack, Grayson, Hazel, Tucker, and Fletcher; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Kay Davis; son, Kent Davis, son-in-law, Jackie Cannon; and his siblings, Ben, Jerry, Richard, Glenn, Frances, Anne, and Betty.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with funeral services at 1 p.m., on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Rev. Dr. Brooks Barrick will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
