Last Friday, several Hamilton County Republican Women (HCRW) members were in attendance at Indiana Federation of Republican Women’s (IFRW) annual Tribute to Women night at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N. Meridian St., Carmel. Lisa Elmore (back row, second from left) was named Hamilton County Republican Woman of the Year and Beth Sheller was named 5th District Woman of the year. Sheller’s award was accepted on her behalf by Jessica Piper and Adrienne Rogers.
