Noblesville & Hamilton County sees strong residential real estate market in February

Both Noblesville and Hamilton County residential real estate markets were strong in February with inventory continuing to increase and homes selling at a steady pace.

In Hamilton County for February:

  • Available housing inventory increased 24.7 percent.
  • The average sale price increased 4.1 percent to $486,520, which was the highest average home sale price in central Indiana in February.
  • February pended home sales decreased 1.4 percent compared to this time last year.

In Noblesville for February:

  • The average sale price decreased 2.6 percent to $383,833; however, the average price per square foot increased, up 1.7 percent to $152.30.
  • The number of closed home sales decreased 4.1 percent.
  • Homes remained on the market one day longer than this time last year, selling in 44 days on average.
