Both Noblesville and Hamilton County residential real estate markets were strong in February with inventory continuing to increase and homes selling at a steady pace.
In Hamilton County for February:
- Available housing inventory increased 24.7 percent.
- The average sale price increased 4.1 percent to $486,520, which was the highest average home sale price in central Indiana in February.
- February pended home sales decreased 1.4 percent compared to this time last year.
In Noblesville for February:
- The average sale price decreased 2.6 percent to $383,833; however, the average price per square foot increased, up 1.7 percent to $152.30.
- The number of closed home sales decreased 4.1 percent.
- Homes remained on the market one day longer than this time last year, selling in 44 days on average.
