Heights Building Corp. Board

The Hamilton Heights School Building Corporation Board of Directors will meet at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Hamilton Heights Student Activity Center, 420 W. North St., Arcadia, to consider: (i) the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and Hamilton Heights School Corporation (the “School Corporation”), including the plans referred to therein, and made a part thereof; (ii) the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of the Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2024 (or such other name or series designation as determined by the School Corporation’s underwriter) by the Building Corporation; (iii) the issuance of one or more series of Bonds and/or Bond Anticipation Notes; and (iv) any other business which may properly come before the meeting.
