In partnership with the OneZone Chamber of Commerce, Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) celebrated its grand opening and cut the ribbon for its newest banking center on Thursday.
The bank moved its Hamilton County Loan Production Office to this space in June 2023 and now offers its full suite of banking services to customers in the area.
CFB is uniquely committed to keeping outstanding customer service, local decision-making, and relationship-building at its core. Since its founding in Kokomo in 2003, the bank’s rapid growth has been attributed to sincere appreciation for its distinct approach to banking – a bank that is locally owned, locally governed and staffed with experienced bankers that have their communities’ best interest at heart.
“We are tremendously excited to be opening our first full-service banking facility in Fishers and our fifth new office in the surrounding area since 2019,” President and CEO Robb Blume said.
In keeping with tradition with all CFB grand openings, the bank presented a major community donation.
“Our bank will only be as successful as the communities we serve, so it is incumbent on us to help our communities thrive in any way we can,” Blume said.
A check for $12,000 was presented to the Hamilton County Executive Director’s Group, led by Lauren Guynn with the Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County, to put on a four-part Nonprofit Learning Series in 2024 in partnership with Hedges nonprofit consulting firm.
“These funds will be used to put on meaningful, requested programming for this group of dedicated Executive Directors,” Blume said. “They work tirelessly each day to advance their organizations’ missions and we’re thrilled to come alongside them with these resources. Topics will include building corporate partnerships, building and evaluating programs, creating competitive grant proposals, activating board committees, protecting organizations from fraud, and more.”
The Fishers banking center’s address is 9998 Crosspoint Blvd., Suite 100. The lobby is staffed with local bankers from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, and there is also a 24/7 walk-up ATM.
