Kiwanis Club of Sheridan invites you to pulled pork fundraiser

On Saturday, Feb. 17, the Kiwanis Club of Greater Sheridan will hold a fundraising dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Sheridan High School cafeteria, 24185 Hinesley Road.

The dinner will consist of pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni & cheese, dessert, and a drink. The charge for dinner is $10 at the door and it will be served before the basketball game with Western Boone.

The goal of the fundraiser is to raise money for the Kiwanis Club’s scholarship for a Sheridan High School senior this spring.

Presale tickets are $8 and can be purchased at The Farmers Bank, 987 S. White Ave.; Chef Karyn, 415 S. Main St.; Sheridan Historical Society, 315 S. Main St.; or from any Kiwanis of Greater Sheridan member.

“This is a great opportunity to support the Blackhawks and the Kiwanis Scholarship fund,” Kiwanis of Greater Sheridan President Brian Bragg said.
