Senator Mike Braun released the following statement on Monday about the $1.6 trillion spending agreement negotiated by Congressional leaders.
“We’re spending a trillion dollars more than we take in every six months, with our debt spiraling out of control and families still paying for Biden’s spending spree with everything they buy,” Sen. Braun. “This $1.6 trillion proposal will just continue Washington’s spending addiction and do nothing to stop the emergency on our southern border that has brought millions of illegal aliens into our country.”
