The first cottages are set to be available for move-in in early January, with a multitude of lifestyle options becoming available in the spring of 2024. Prospective residents can get a sneak peek of the community by visiting the fully decorated model cottage home, which opens its doors in early January.

Pep Boys, the renowned automotive service and retail company, is now fully operational, providing a range of automotive services. In 2024, Promenade PUD is set to become even more convenient with the arrival of Meijer, a leading grocery store chain. Meijer will feature a drive-through pharmacy, electric vehicle charging stations, a grocery pick-up area, and a full-service grocery store, catering to the diverse needs of the community.
Martial arts enthusiasts will have a reason to rejoice as Master Yoo’s Taekwondo & Martial Arts plans to start construction along SR 32 in 2024, offering a space for physical fitness and personal growth.
