The Indiana High School Volleyball Coaches Association announced its All State teams this week.
Class 4A state champion Hamilton Southeastern had four players on the list of Class 4A First Team All State honorees. They are Lauren Harden, Lindsey Mangelson, Macy Hinshaw and Sophie Ledbetter. In addition, Breonna Goss and Tiffany Snook were both named to the Second Team. Royals coach Jason Young was named State Coach of the Year.
Fishers’ Lucy Kay earned a place on Second Team All State. Hamilton Heights’ Kennedy Cherry was named to First Team All State in Class 3A.
The IHSVCA also awarded All District honors to several players. All six of Hamilton Southeastern’s First and Second Team players were named to the North Central All District.
Cherry also received a Class 3A Central All District award, as did her Hamilton Heights teammate Macie Smith. Guerin Catholic’s Paige Mascari also received All District honors.
In Class 2A, Sheridan’s Kenzie Garner and Trinity Parkin were both named to the Central All District team.
