The academy is free and open to Fishers residents aged 18 and older. At the end of the nine-week course, participants will have a greater understanding of how city government works.
The Spring session of CGA meets twice a month from 6 to 8 p.m. and runs from Tuesday, Jan. 9 through Thursday, May 9.
