Larry Douglas White, 83, Noblesville, passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, July 14, 2023, at his home. He was born on July 2, 1940, to Memory and Norma (Thompson) White in Noblesville.
Doug served in the National Guard for eight years. He was a machine operator at Delco/Remy for over 30 years before retiring. Doug was a jack of all trades in welding, plumbing, and body work, which led to owning his own heating and plumbing business and his own body shop, White and Son Body Shop.
He is survived by his wife, Madonna Ruth White; son, Douglas Allen (Tammy) White; daughter, Diana Ruth White; sister, Peggy Ann (Jerry) Thomas; grandchildren, Kylee (Darren) Wilson, Brandi (Al) White, Shaylin White, Kristopher (Lizzy) White, Aaron (Susanna) White, Connor Nail, Caitlin Nail, and Lucy Dunn; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, James (Diana) Mann.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. An additional visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the funeral home and a service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Tim Lueking officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Baptist Cemetery in Noblesville.
